A robust, highly committed, proficient and effective reserve unit of lawyers that is ready to promptly address the legal demands of the AFP.

Mission

1. To provide support and complement the Active JAGS in addressing the legal requirements of the AFP

2. To create and organize JAGS Reserve Groups to enable them to provide legal services to the military units within their respective Area of Operation (AO)

3. To train and develop the JAGS Reserve and equip them with the proper knowledge and skills to meet the legal challenges of the AFP

4. To render excellent legal service to the AFP
